The Challenge: Building Bharti Realty’s food court’s brand identity, promoting and establishing it.
The Idea: In Worldmark, Bharti Realty’s property near Airport, they were planning to open a food court that serves delicacies from multiple chains like Pizza Hut, Subway, WOW MOMO, etc., for offices in the premises and Airport crowd. They wanted to establish it as an ultimate hangout place.
The Strategy: We had already established Worldmark 1, 2 and 3 as a premium office and retail destination so we were also given the challenge to do something unique for their food court and create buzz. We came up with a name that goes hand in hand with Worldmark and came up with ‘Food Capital’. We then gave it a unique proposition of ‘the only food court in Aerocity’ and made quirky launch communications as per the TG.
The launch was very well received by the occupants of the nearby areas and footfall continued to increase every day. Our promotional ideas also helped the client in attracting customers.
