The Challenge: To launch the iconic new BMW X1 in India and garner popularity and leads across the country.
The Idea: After the BMW X1 was unveiled at Auto Expo 2016 in Delhi, it was time for the people to get up close and personal with the bigger, meaner and stronger SAV.
VISION: Our client saw the vision of launching the BMW X1 across 17 cities in a mere 15 days and we were dedicated to translate it into reality. We came up with the idea of launching the BMW X1 at dealerships and invite esteemed clients to experience and have a gala evening.
EXECUTION: A team of 50+ professionals was on-the-move 24*7, travelling from one end of India to the other. We began with branding at the dealerships with BMW X1 stickers and cut-outs and setting up unique displays.
ACHIEVEMENT: The hospitality, arrangements and entertainment in form of live violin performance were met with great applauses. The client received 570 queries and sold 40 SAVs, on-the-spot.
And that was not all! After launching the BMW X1 at dealerships, it was time to grab the attention of the world. So we showcased the BMW X1 in malls across India.
